These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our services, including the installation of solar panel canopies over parking lots, electricity services, and our mobile application ("App"). - Services and App Usage
1.1 Solar Panel Canopy Installation: Starlight Energy provides solar panel canopy installation services to businesses and organizations with parking lots. The installation and maintenance of solar panel canopies are subject to separate agreements and pricing.
1.2 Electricity Services: In addition to solar panel canopies, Starlight Energy offers electricity services generated through solar energy. Customers must enter into specific electricity service agreements with Starlight Energy, which outline the terms, pricing, and duration of the service.
1.3 Mobile App: Our mobile application (the "App") is designed to enhance your experience and provide useful information about your electricity usage, solar panel performance, and more. The use of the App is subject to these Terms as well as any additional terms and policies provided within the App.
- Account Registration and Use
2.1 Account Creation: To access certain features of our services, including the App, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during the registration process. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
2.2 Age Requirement: By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18 years old, you may only use our services with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian.
2.3 Prohibited Use: You agree not to use our services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to any violation of intellectual property rights, unauthorized access, or distribution of harmful content.
